Emanuel Lutheran Church Hartford is delighted to present the 110th annual Lucia Festival on Friday, December 15 at 7pm. The church is located at 311 Capitol Avenue in Hartford and parking is available in the state lot on Capitol Avenue right across from the State Capitol, about 100 yards from the church. Emanuel is handicapped accessible and all are welcome!

Tickets are $8 online if purchased ahead of time, $10 at the door. $5 for children 12 and under.
